Renowned soprano Eldrid Gorset has been announced as the lead in an upcoming church opera at the prestigious Retz Festival in Austria. Known for her captivating stage presence and exceptional musical artistry, Gorset is looking forward to dive into yet another unknown baroque piece this time with the renowned Ensemble Continuum Wien and Luca de Marchi.

The Retz Festival is celebrated for its innovative productions that blend classical and contemporary elements, and this church opera promises to be a highlight of the season. Gorset’s role marks another exciting chapter in her flourishing career, and will be her Austrian debut.
